A traditional schwarzbier is essentially the recipe for a light colored lager with just enough dark malt to turn is a beautiful ruby-tinged black. Expect a touch of roast character to accompany this crisp and malty beer. Unlike a traditional stout, our schwarzbier finishes light and bready.

Draft. Light ash and milk chocolate malt aroma. Black with moderate head. Sweet milky chocolate malt and light hay flavor. Smooth.

Kentucky Fried Charleston Trip Beer #47. Pours a dark blackberry color with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, mild floral hops. The taste is mild roast, caramel, dark fruits, herbal hops. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness.
