375 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 5/1/2015. Pours hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, light banana, coriander, clove, pepper, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/earth yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, light banana, coriander, clove, pepper, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of herbal bitterness/yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, light banana, coriander, clove, pepper, wheat, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly crisp, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent witbier. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. This feels noticeably stronger on spiciness than most I have had in the style, but doesn’t feel out of balance. A very enjoyable offering.

Refrigerated 375 mL brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours cloudy golden with small white head. Aroma is lemon and spices, medium body, well carbonated, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is lemon, earthy, some spice. This is good, but over priced.

Bootle at home. I’ve never heard of brewery but label looked classy so hoped beer would follow suit. Pours gazed yellow with puffy head. Nose is yeast and spice and citrus. Tastes of lemons, yeast, coriander, cloves, pepper, grass, orange peel, and ginger. Nice mix of flavors and very refreshing. Glad I took the chance since I was too lazy to look up prior.

Bottle: Pours brassy gold with a tall, egg-shell coloured head. Strong orange and coriander scent. Wheat malt, orange-peel, spices in flavour. Sweet with a solid herbal/earthy bitter finish. Very good.

Bottle. Musty lemon, coriander and wheat malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with huge fluffy white head. Sweet lemon/orange wheat malt, coriander, light clove, and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Nice body. Excellent.

750 mL bottle, thanks to treebute. Pours a slightly hazy yellow, with a big, foamy, white head. Lots of lemon peel, lactic acid, cardamon, and some damp leaves. Sweet and citrusy, with a significant (for the style) hop bitterness and just a hint of spiciness. Light to medium body, lightly bubbly, and clingy. Overall this is a nice looking, aromatic witbier, but too musty and hoppy for the style. Still, drinks well, and is an pretty nice American Wit.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of JStax. Thanks a bunch! JetsonFest II. Cloudy, marigold yellow-orange appearance with a cream colored head. Fairly spicy, coriander, lemon zesty, potpourri/incense, herbal, yeasty aroma. Herbal, spicy, coriander, somewhat peppery, yeasty, wheat malty, light fruity flavor. Pretty decent- nothing too special- but a nice offering.

This beer is a slightly hazed orange-gold color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, fruit and herbs. Light body with flavors of sweet malt, zesty citrus, yeast and spice. The finish is citrusy with a sweet yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
