Bottle from brewery. Hazy, amber color with nice frothy white head. Aroma of wheat and banana. Taste of red fruit, caramel, banana.bittersweet finish. Nice.

Hefig-herber Antrunk, leicht bananig, unspektakulär. Wenig herb bleibend, das Weizen ist süffig, setzt sich aber nicht von anderen ab. 11/9/9/8//8

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Cloudy amber/orange pour with a white head which soon vanishes. Banana, caramel, herbs, wheat in t he nose. Plenty of sweetness in the aroma. Flavours of pineapple, ginger, banana, smoke and caramel. Fruity and sweet mouthfeel. Dry, spicy finish.

Bottle at Spezial Keller. Deep gold-orange-amber color with a tall, fine, head. Cloudy. Rich aroma of banana, citrus, clove, and maybe a bit of smoke. Dry, fruity flavor with banana, citrus, some smoke and peppery hops at the end. Light bodied. Complex, light, clean, spicy, and nicely sour. Sweet but nicely balanced. Good stuff.

Had this at Spezial, Bamberg, Germany 19-06-10. Pours hazy orange/brown with a white head very light smokiness on a wheaty nose. Taste is very light smoky quite a traditional wheat beer but nice though the smoky touches are almost unnoticeable. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

50cl Bottle at In de Wildeman. Hazy orange brown colour, thick white head. Aroma of grain and wheat, some CO2 spritziness. Flavour is grain, wheat, light banana, CO2, light smokiness in the finish, but very faint. Light to medium bodied. Decent.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fizzy white head. Aroma is malty, fruity and smoked. Dry smoked and mild estery wheaty flavoured. Dry and smoked lingering finish. Smooth and simplistic.

Dull tan. Quite murky - there are actually yeast strata in this. Very yeasty aroma almost goes in a barnyard direction with its woody accent and orchard fruity elements (peach, pear). Quite fizzy, even for a weissbier. Yeasty palate with hints of apple. Yeasty-dry finish. No smoke!
