Draft: Pours dark, cloudy brown with a small, off-white head. Rye whiskey aroma. Caramel malt, rye, chocolate flavour. Fairly heavy bourbon notes throughout. A pleasure.

Draft. Rye, bourbon and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with small head. Sweet light rye whiskey and chocolate malt flavor. Nicely blended. A nice beer.

Draft @ FoBAB 2009, Chicago, IL. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice aroma with some hints of vanilla. Roasted malty chocolate and coffee flavor with hints of licorice and bourbon. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice finish with hints of bourbon and vanilla.
