Appearance: dark brown color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet meat (like ham); then the pumpkin flesh then some light spices of cinnamon and nutmeg
Flavor: leads with the pumpkin flesh sweetness then the nutmeg and cinnamon; finishes the same
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; some smoothness, nothing assertive from any of the spices
Overall: not sure why or where I got the "ham" in the aroma, I wonder if it was the Ubu base beer possibly interfering and that's how it came across with the pumpkin blending. I'd still have again.

Bottled. Dark brown. Cinnamon nutmeg and pumpkin. Malty brown ale with pumpkins. Some astringency which I didn’t dig. OK.

Bottle. Pumpkin malt, cinnamon, nutmeg aroma. Dark brown with a nice light tan head. Sweet cinnamon, pumpkin malt and moderately bitter herbal flavor. Slight alcohol bite in the finish.

Bottle: Pours deep brown with a thick, oatmeal head. Pumpkin, clove, nutmeg, raw cinnamon aroma. Bitter pumpkin rind, roasted, dusty spicing... Strong, natural pumpkin flavor. Robust.
