Draught @ Pikkulintu Ruttupuisto. Smooth, slightly smoky and grassy hoppy with hints of grainy malts, leather, grass and hay. Quite tasty but this one would probably be even better super fresh

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20231207) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, malts, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, malty and bitter. A great with few but very clean flavours in a delicate balance.

Tap at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, grain, dryness, malts... very nice.

From the barrel (själrvrunnet) at Zum Fransizkaner. Gentle smoke aroma. Bright gold colour. Creamy taste with light smoke malt. Sticky. Prefer the keg version which is probably heresy. Still delicious though.

Fles 50cl in Dalfsen. Süffig, maltig, bittertonen, licht zompig, fruitig. Fijne balans. (13-5-2023).

Pours slightly darker than golden, with amber hints/reflections; sligthest cloudiness, a bit more cloudy when i pour the final inch. A not too big but nicely firm/stable white head that shows excellent retention and lacing. Average intensity in a superbly refined aroma: hay, slightly cerealish base, delicate but clearly discernible honey and chamomille notes. A vivid, quite fresh feeling fruitiness, with apple and a lemonish/cedarish background. Plus, a light grassy background. Nothing is in your face, everything is mild but feels clean and precise. The same goes for the taste: notes as per aroma, plus a touch of floral hops in finish/aftertaste. Perfect sweet/bitter balance in both taste and aftertaste, both feel mild and wonderfully delicate. Clean finish leaves a half floral, half fruity reminiscence. Light bodied with very delicate, fine bubbled but decently lively carbonation. Feels super smooth and drinks as easy as water. A monument to kellebiers.

Op tap bij 't Kelkje. Tja, dan hebben ze naast de Unfiltered Märzen ook dit nog op tap.. Troebel diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Heerlijk moutig, verse broodkorst, vers bruinbrood, hint van rode appels, grassig bitter, licht herbaal en kruidig, bittere finish. Lichte body maar vol mondgevoel. Hier wil ik meer van.
