A strong pumpkin ale brewed with all the essential ingredients of a good pumpkin pie. We started out roasting our own baking pumpkins. The mash consists of roasted pumpkin meat, 2-row barley, caramel malt, and whole graham crackers. We then added Galena, Columbus, and Mt Hood hops for a citrusy, earthy hop profile. We finish off the boil with classic pumpkin pie spices and a touch of brown sugar.

Draft. Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and pumpkin malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet pumpkin pie spice and malt flavor. Strong alcohol finish. Not bad but boozy.

Draft sample @ brewery. Boozy pumpkin malt, ginger heavy pumpkin pie spices, and some light Belgian yeast aroma. Clear brassy gold with a small white head. Sweet pumpkin malt, cinnamon/clove/ginger, and boozy flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.
