A south German style of wheat beer (weissbier) made with yeast that produces unique phenolic flavors of banana and cloves and even a little bit of bubblegum. It has little hop bitterness, and a moderate level of alcohol. This beer is scrumptiously smooth and refreshing. Spring is here and brings us sunshine and our brewer, John Templet, brings us a most Heavenly Hefeweizen
to sip and savor.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 7.5

Pale, hazy yellow, short white head. Banana cream aroma, Banana, clove, wheat taste. Very soft, minimal acidity..... Pretty good.

Draft (growler). Banana, clove, and creamy wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Sweet banana, orange, clove and creamy wheat malt flavor. Very good - especially liked the malt flavor.

Draft at brewery. Banana, wheat malt, and light clove aroma. Cloudy straw gold with a small white head. Creamy wheat malt, citrus, banana, and spicy clove flavor. Medium creamy body, soft carbonation.
