Pours hazy golden color with big and frothy white head. Sweet smell of wheat, yeast and herbs. Medium body with somewhat watery texture. Subtle carbonation. Taste is mostly sweet with some sour notes to it, really nicely balanced. Aroma of wheat, yeast, grass, spices, herbal, fruity. Slight caramel in the aftertaste. Nice one. Overall, very tasty. Refreshing

Sample at En öl- och whiskymässa, 2016. Cloudy yellowish golden with a rich white head, leaves quickly. Aroma is fresh bread, banana, gum, clove. Taste is fruity paired with a sublte malty ground, clove, banana, zestiness, finishes slight bitter. Light to medium body, low carbo, round texture.

From a 500ml bottle on 30/4/2016. Pours a slightly cloudy medium golden with a medium white head. Has a typical hefe nose with banana and clove. the flavour follows suit spicy, zesty with loads of banana. Medium bodied with reasonably fizzy carbonation. All up, a very well made hefe, though not special like some of their bigger weizens.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a frothy white head, aroma has banana and clove, taste has medicinal action along with some citrus, basic stuff.

Bottle at home. Slight hazy golden with a bit small white head. Nice yeast aromas up front with soft banana, cloves, cumin, light bubblegum. Great wheat dough mixed with cookie dough maybe? Just a lovely slight sweet malt base with great complexity. Light sweet and very light tartness and bitterness. Under medium bodied with soft creamy feel. Really good!

Slighty darker than gold, a bit of haziness, obviously huge white head, nicely persistent. Gently sweet aroma, light notes of clove, lemon, maybe a grassy hint. Pretty much the same in the taste: gently sweet, banana, lemon, slight hint of acidity in the finish. Light body and carbonation, very smooth, maybe a tad too watery but does it’s job in keeping things very easy. Easily drinkable and quite refreshing. Not significant

Tap at Craft Beer Pub. Decent dunkel weizen. Classic clove and banana combines with restrained caramel. Also some coriander. Good. High carbonation, easy drinking.
