Rich in character with a deep mahogany color complete with a beautiful tan head. This traditional German style lager is malty-sweet, full bodied with notes of caramel to warm you up from the crisp winter air.

2004 bottle sample from Hampton tasting - Pours amber with a thin head that hangs around awhile. The aroma is light and yeasty. The flavor is lightly malty with a good hops balance and the finish dry. The malts were a little too light though. It needed something more.
