From tap at Koelschip, Copenhagen. Complex aroma of intense raspberries, sour red fruits, tart berries, wood, bretty funk, with a malt and soft chocolate backbone. Nicely big sour flavour with some sweetness as well. Body is medium to full, very rich and deep. Remarkable raspberry Sour!

Draught@CBC2016. Reddish brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is raspberries, caramel, brett, some funk, yeast and quite tart elements. Flavour is sweetish sour with some berries, brett, funk, yeast and mild fruity and wooden tones too. Quite smooth, and hides the alcohol very well.

Bottle at home. Four year old bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma of cherries, raspberries, brown sugar, balsamico vinegar and oak. Flavour of oak, citric acid, heather, cherries and raspberries. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a soft bitterness. Nice aroma and is quite sour in the mouth.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9.666%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries. Sour flavour of raspberries, lemons and lactic acid. Only a hint of oak and whiskey.

Bottle, 750 ml courtesy of Miro B, shared with him, Max and Zec brothers. Dark brown with reddish haze, off white head. Great raspberries aroma and flavour, very intensive. Cherries, heavy sourness, juicy. Medium bodied.

Rating No. 10900 Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Almost black coloured, small to medium sized beige head, raspberry brett and light wood in the nose. Heavy tart raspberry taste with light wood and brett. Tart finish. Great one.
Pretty intense. Nicely sour, very dry and puckering. Some good raspberry, but without the jammyness of juice. Very tasty, but half a big bottle turned out to be a bit much. Whisky adds complexity and flavour. Great combination of flavours.

Bottle shared by Brian. Pours dark reddish brown with a small reddish head. Aromas of vinegar, raspberries, tannins, vanilla, lactic, chocolate, dark fruits, light ash, roast. Taste is vinegary, balsamico, lactic, raspberries, oak, vanilla, fudge, chocolate, dark fruits, tannins. Nice!
