Reverent Monk Belgium Tripel barrel aged in 2nd use whiskey barrels. The 2nd use barrels impart out flavor without as much bourbon as the 1st use allowing the Belgian yeast notes to come through.

Draft. Orange and lightly musty oak aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet lemon/apple flavor up front with astringent, bitter alcoholic finish. Not bad.
