12 ounce bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours fairly crystal clear deep reddish brown color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy light khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers, Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, toast, raisin, plum, fig, brown bread, light chocolate, herbal, grass, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Nice aromas with good complexity and solid balance of dark/bready malt, earthy hops, and fruity yeast ester notes; with good strength. A bit too fruity, but not bad. Taste of caramel, toffee, toast, brown bread, light chocolate, raisin, plum, fig, herbal, grass, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Light roast/earthy hop bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of caramel, toffee, toast, brown bread, light chocolate, light dark fruit, herbal, grass, and yeast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity and robustness of dark/bready malt, earthy hops, and light-moderate fruity yeast ester notes; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Taste is a fair bit cleaner than the aromas with much lower fruitiness and good malt presence. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, fairly crisp, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice Munich dunkel style. Good robustness and complexity of dark/bready malt, herbal hops, and light-moderate fruity yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottle: Pours deep brown-red with a small beige head. Roasty malt, caramel scent. Taste is sweet, crisp, toasted malt. Actually, pretty good.

Dark Brown, Good Head, Some Lacing. Lightly Toasted, Light Bitter and Malty. Bland, all flavors come as one dimensional and subdued. Should be sharper and have"more balls". As is, is boring and forgettable.

Bottle. Chocolate and corn syrup malt aroma. Dark chestnut brown with large tan head. Sweet light chocolate malt flavor. Watery body. Well, one positive is that there are no bad flavors which is always a big plus for a Minhas beer.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear nut brown with minimal head. Aroma of very light caramel. Or, as my girlfriend just said "ew, smells like weird water". Taste is light sweet. Meh, like most berghoff beers, this one misses the mark.
