Bottle at home. Three year old. Pours a dark brown to black colour with a small beige head. Aroma with lots of chocolate truffles, nougat, nuts, roasted malt, coffee beans and licorice. Flavour of chocolate truffles, roasted coffee beans, ash and licorice. Has a silky mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Well roasted but with nice sweet undertones.

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Pours pitch black, topped with a larger beige ehad, pretty good retention. Strong coffee roasted nose with slight soy sauce touch. Very creamy and full body. Gentle sweetness with a bit of chocolate, moderate roastiness. Bittery finish and lasting aftertaste. No alcohol can be felt. A very fine one.

Batch 28.04.2017. Aroma is caramel, roasted malt, a bit of cherry. Alcohol well hidden. Very strange, tastes like a malt drink or kvass. Medium sweetness. Creamy texture, soft carbonation. Not bad, but disappointing.
