The second installment in our Greats of Wrestling series, HackSaaz Jim Chuggin’ is a tribute to the great American Hacksaw Jim Duggan. As the name implies, this beers Saaz hop profile will smack you in the face like a 2”x4” or Patriot missle. This straw colored pilsner’s malt profile is built from a mix American pils malt, cara-pils, and Bonlander Munich malts. While the malt base is solid, its hops that shine. Traditional Czech Saaz hops create a mild, herbal, and spicy flavor and aroma that compliments this kick in the nuts of a beer.
