bottle - Lightly hazy amber-orange poor with a minimal off-white head. The aroma is of very tart citrus. Uh oh. The flavor is tart with some off tasting bitterness and subdued malt sweetness. I passed on rating the first bottle I had of this beer a couple months ago as it was clearly infected. Later I bought this bottle. I really don’t think this is supposed to be a sour ale. Infected. Again. It could be worse but not by much. Thin. Tart in a really bad way. Bleh.

Pour from a bottle is rather viscous. Sediment. Orange with brown hue. Big ale impressions. Must be quite high in abv. Mild volatile smell. Decent co2, surprizing, but fades. Finish is medicinal linger.

Bottle. Acidic buttery caramel malt aroma. Golden yellow with minimal head. Sweet butter and caramel malt flavor. Sour, lightly acidic finish. Not so great.

Bottle. Tart fruit and ice tea aroma. Hazy honey gold with a small off-white head. Fruity, earthy woody, slightly tart flavor. Light side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
