Brewed with 100lbs of local wild picked persimmons (the only fruit indigenous to Indiana) and plenty of cinnamon and nutmeg. This beer is a distinctly complex and creative beer.

Draft. Persimmon malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet persimmon, cinnamon, and malt flavor. Light herbal hops finish. . Using persimmon as a descriptor doesn’t really help anyone who hasn’t tasted them - reminiscent of a pumpkin ale but with a hint of tartness. A great beer - absolutely loved it.
