Apples and bourbon dominate the nose of this cider. We took a bold, full-flavor cider and filled used bourbon barrels. The cider had a sit in the barrels for a few months to create a drink worthy of Grandpa’s name.

sampled at the cidery - This interesting take on cider has an aroma of bourbon with apples in the background. It tastes of sweet apples and assertive bourbon. The alcohol is noticeable but not strong. This cider is full flavored and very good. I took a bottle home.
