Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Tap. Caramel malt aroma. Dark amber with small head. Mildly sweet fruity caramel malt and hay flavor. Light apple finish. Excellent - top of the line.

Tap at brewery. Fruity musty apple aroma and light alcohol as it warmed. Amber with a small off-white head. Light acidic apple, caramel malt flavor. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation. This is what I always imagine an Oktoberfest should taste like: fruity, fresh, and easy to drink.
