Cloudy, with a rich golden hue, it presents a delicate aroma and taste, with coriander and orange notes. It pares excellently with seafood fare, mixed greens or sharp cheeses. Bottle from Vintage Cellar, Blacksburg, VA. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin off-white head, bits and pieces of which stick around a while. Aroma of tart apples, yeast, banana, citrus. The taste is apples, melon, tart finish. Grainy. Medium bodied. Interesting.

has a very pretty floral apple aroma. somewhat cloudy pale yellow, better looking than most ciders. taste is sweet and friendly, easy to like and it goes down easy. taste is a little dry for this brand but still comes across likable. plenty of good sizzly co2. finish is better than my homemade. not bad over all cider drinken experience.
