She’s not a natural blonde, more like a dirty blonde, thanks to the brewing process, which not only gives her color, but gives her that blonde attitude. Our Czich is a very complex lady, featuring Sorachi Ace hops that give her that lemony bite with a light dill facet. Like a classic blonde of old, she features head retention that lingers on your tongue.

Draft. Light sour barley malt aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head. Light barley malt and moderately bitter grass flavor. Decent beer.

Tap at brewery. Light grainy malt and lemon aroma. Clear yellow with a white head, creamy lacing. Creamy biscuity malt flavor, light grassy hops finish. Medium body.
