An American style pale ale brewed with 2-row malt combined with four specialty grains. This ale showcases a bready malt profile that can tame the aggressive additions of classic Northwest hops. We tossed in some Perle hops at the beginning of the boil for a clean bitterness. Cascade hops were added late for hop aroma flavor and aroma. The result is a full flavored, balanced ale for any occasion.

Tap at brewery. Floral citrus hops and sour malt flavor. Golden with a small white head, nice lacing. Sour malt, light citrus, and slightly harsh grassy hops flavor. Medium body.

Draft. Tart orange malt and light orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Creamy sweet-sour orange malt flavor up front with a moderately bitter orange peel finish. Decent - nice fruitiness to it.
