German style Dunkelweizen. Similar to a Hefeweizen, this southern German wheat beer is brewed with German dark wheat and pilsner malt. It dark color comes from the addition of caramel malts and roasted wheat. The German weizen yeast delivers with deliciously complex clove and fruity (banana) flavors. Balanced with Tettnang hops.

Draft. Light banana, smoke, and wheat malt aroma. Dark brown color with moderate head. Mildly sweet banana/orange and light caramel malt flavor. Light smoky/grainy finish. A light dunkelweizen but great for a summer day.
