Struggling with the doldrums of 2012 summer heat? Feeling the blister of sirocco 2012? One Please Wheat Two can remedy the pain! This German HefeWeizen, is brewed an even mix of German Pilsner and Wheat malts creating a straw yellow, invitingly summer view of a beer. The blend of wheat and pils malts yields a light and sweet malt flavor that is accentuated by spice and clove notes from traditional German Hefe yeast. The balance in this summer classic is created by additions of German Tettanger hops.

Tap. Orange, banana, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head. Sweet orange/banana, clove and light wheat malt flavor. Very nice - would have considered this near perfect if the malt was more forward.
