tap at 800 Degrees Three Fires - Pours lightly hazy gold with a small lingering white head. It has a fresh, citrus and bread aroma. It tastes crisp and lightly bitter with bready malt and fruit accents. The finish has pleasant, mild bitterness. Nicely done.

Draft. Clear golden body with a fizzy white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, straw, grass, apple. Notes of bread, grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter, a bitterness that lingers into the finish. Initial grain huskiness cleans itself up in the finish. A solid beer, fairly clean, but a bit too sweet.

Tap at New Albanian. Light lemon malt aroma - very light. Golden yellow with minimal head and light effervescence. Grainy barley malt and lemon peel flavor. Not bad - a bit husky but otherwise nice. Nice to see a solid Koelsch from Cologne’s sister city.
