A particularly well-balanced medium-bodied example, the Magnificent Amber Ale pours amber to copper with a slightly off-white head, leads with a hoppy nose, follows with a toasty maltiness, and wraps gracefully with a noticeably caramel finish.

tap - Pours dark amber with a lingering light tan, lacing head. It has a mild caramel malt aroma. The flavor is sweet caramel malt up front leading into well balanced hops with a slight hint of citrus. It’s moderately bitter and medium bodied with some mild bitterness in the finish. Pretty good.

Bottle. Cloudy deep amber with a frothy, off-white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of raw, floral hops, toasted grain. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Thin to medium body, watery texture, moderate carbonation. Weak, flabby malts that result in hop bitterness in a watery body. Taste of raw hops, raw grain. Mediocre.
