Draft. Amber body with a fizzy, off-white head. Aroma of toasted grain, with a hint of citrus, especially grapefruit. The flavor is light to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Thin to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of bitter grapefruit and orange peel with light raw grain and biscuit in the background. A bit watery so that the hop flavors and bitterness lack much backbone. Still, what does one expect at 3.8%? Plenty of good flavors here for a session beer. Extra points for that.

Growler pour. Light barley malt and strong orange peel aroma Amber color - slightly hazy - with moderate head. Light malt and strong bitter orange peel/pine hops flavor. Body on the light side. A great session beer for a hop-head but not much malt there.
