440ml can. Hazy, crimson colour with small, frothy, fading, pink-ish head. Earthy, fruity aroma, notes of red berries, raspberry, cranberry, lingonberry, a touch of morello. Taste is tart, lactic, slightly fruity, hints of raspberry and morello, a touch of cranberry; rather restricted fruitiness, monotonous sauerkraut-like tartness.

Can at the beach. No glassware involved or available. Sweet and sour raspberries, cranberries, and cherries. Fruitstones, lactic sour notes. Over medium sour and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. A mouthful of red fruit and a pretty nice sour pucker.

13-08-18 // 440ml can from Biervana. Die deutsche Sauerwelt wächst! Hazy red. Small white lacing. Rasperry nose. Red berry juice, cranberry, cherry. Mild fizzy acidity. Light tart.

Aroma is strawberry butter wheat. Taste is the same, pretty sour but not much yeast residue/funk. Drinkable and not bad. Maybe not beer but the raspberry bias saves it.
