Draft sample @ brewery. Light coffee and roasty malt aroma. Black brown with a small tan head. Toasty malt, coffee, and chocolate flavor with a light roasty bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Draft: Pours black with a small, dark brown head. Scent is ash, burnt coffee. Taste is chocolate malt, coffee. Sweet and creamy..... Nicely hopped.... Almost like a big, BIPA.... Very good.

Tap. Chocolate toffee malt aroma. Black color with minimal head. Sweet chocolate malt flavor followed by moderately bitter herbal hops. Solid beer - pretty hoppy.
