A honey wheat ale brewed with Canadian pale ale, wheat and honey malts. Hopped with English Kent Goldings and German Hallertau hops giving a crisp and clean flavor. 60 pounds of honey was added to the boil to increase alcohol and provide some honey flavor. Then we added 6 more pounds of local wildflower honey to the serving tank for some sweetness and more pronounced honey flavor and aroma.

Draft. Golden body with a fizzy, white head. Grassy aroma with notes of wheat, honey, flowers. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Raw grain in the taste along with honey and wheat. Simple and a bit unclean, but nice enough for the house session ale.

Tap (growler). Light honey, wheat malt, and herbal hops aroma. Clear amber color with large white head. Lightly sweet honey and wheat malt flavor. Mildly bitter herbal hops finish. Light but a nice session beer.
