A hybrid of an American IPA and a Belgian Abbey ale, this is a base of pale ale, aromatic, and caramel malts, upon which is set an American hop triumvirate of Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade. The addition of Belgian Abbey ale yeast provides a spicy, earthy, breadlike character that is truly unique. Lemon and grapefruit zest enhance the citrusy and piney American hop character.

Cask. Strong citrus hops aroma. Dark amber color with moderate head. Sweet orange malt and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Excellent - very good cask beer.
