A light straw colored, smooth, and crisp Belgian-style ale. Covalent Blonde is brewed with Pilsener, wheat, and aromatic malts balanced with English Nugget and German select hops, which lend a mellow floral and fruity aroma. She’s fermented with a Belgian Abbey yeast that provides fruity esters and an earthy and spicy phenolic flavor with a dry finish.

Tap. Banana-orange malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet banana/orange malt with a hint of bitterness. Unique - has some nice weizen characteristics.
