Bottle. Oh man was I disappointed. From a city of traditional Germans. This stuff was awful. Hefeweizen needs to be hefeweizen and not mixed with a pilsner. Put this one to bed.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen. Pours hazy tawny with medium white head. Nice floral aroma, medium body, medium carbonation, and thick big bubble lacing. Taste is floral hops, piney hops, bitter finish. Not my thing.

Cloudy orange with a quickly falling off-white head. Light hop aroma. The flavor is lightly bitter. This comes off as a wheat pale ale.

Bottle. Strong wheat malt aroma with hints of apple, banana, and clove. Cloudy pale yellow color with moderate head. Sweet-tart lemon and wheat malt flavor with light herbal hops finish. Nice wheat ale - but minimal Hefeweizen characteristics.

12 ounce bottle from Belmont Party Supply. Pours a hazy pale orange color with a thin frothy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of wheat, citrus, banana, faint spice. The taste is wheat, citrus, a crackery note. Thin-medium bodied. Decent.
