Sampled from the tap at 7 Monks. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of pancake and cookie with earthy grains backing. Flavor has straw and pancake with a good amount of biscuit.

bottle, old rating late 2016 or early 2017 - Clear gold pour. Light, malty aroma. Flavor is sweet with cereal/grainy malt and a touch of bitterness. It's an okay beer just a little on the bland side.

Bottle: Clear gold with a thin white head. Corn, sugar, grain scent. Taste is sweet creamed corn, vanilla, grain malt. A little sharp, but pretty decent, overall.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 7/21/2016. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that last. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Lightly drying after the finish. Very clean for an ale, minimal fruity yeast presence. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.1%. Overall this is a very nice Blonde ale. All around nice robustness and balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, clean, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Tap. Milky barley malt and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with small head. Sweet honey and barley malt flavor with light bitter finish. Not bad - not spectacular.
