F: huge, snow-white, long lasting. C: blonde, hazy. A: malty, wheat, coriander, white sugar, orange peels, grassy, bit yeasty. T: wheat, coriander, bit spicy, bit orange, bit grassy, bit banana, medium body, higher carbonation, not bad but nothing special, 33cl bottle from Delhaize Chazal @ Schaerbeek in Brussels.

Lichtgeel, ietwat troebel, levendig bier met stevige schuimkraag die mooi blijft staan. Smaak is licht zoetzuur en fruitig met iets van citroen, sinaasappel en een vleugje koriander. Een erg goed witbier.

33 cl bottle fron a supermarket in Antwerp. Straight from bottle, can’t see it i.guess it’s hazed and pale, there was some sediment. Aroma is spices, wheaty, orange, yeast. Taste sweetish, very light tart, lemongrass aftertaste. Body seems thicker than average and texture creamy. Spiced finish, smooth, a bit short. Relatively bold, but i think too flavored of spice which makes it funny, enjoyable though.

At Het Spijker, Ghent. Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, foamy, white head. The aroma contains wheat, yeast, hops, citrus and some sugar. It tastes light bitter, light sweet and even light sour. Thin body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Nice enough, nothing spectacular.
