Poured from 750mL bottle. Dark brown with small beige head. Dried fruit, chocolate, oak, mild vinegar, quite soft carbonation. Very nice.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Nose is rich and complex, with lots of oak, balsamic, a little roast, and dark dried fruit. Flavour is dry and oaky, with lots of dried dark fruits, dry port wine, lots of woody oak, and light balsamic. Very low acidity for the style, showcasing the wood very nicely. Low carbonation for the style, featuring a nice soft mouthfeel. Excellent.

Deep dark brown with a rich beige head. Prune and woody notes with some balsamic. Soured prune and some light coca in the finish. Well balanced and quite nice.

Bottle, 75cl. Almost clear in the glass, brown, with a beige head. The aroma has a touch of vinegar, with dried fruits, caramel, hints of chocolate, raisin, wood and a vinous scent. It's full bodied, tannin rich and nicely carbonated. Dried fruits, toffee, tannins, red wine, vinegar and some chocolate in the flavor. Lasting finish. Pretty delicious this one. 210312

Bottle. Dark brown color. Red fruit, caramel, soft roast, porto, oak and vanilla in the aroma. Sour flavor, Balsamic vinegar, porto, lots of oak., berries, caramel, roast, licorice. Huge complexity, great beer!
