Dark brown with thin head and low carbonation. Aroma and flavour have a complex mix of dark forest fruits and dry wood. Elements of sherry too. Full flavoured and complex. Good that there's no extreme vinegary sourness.

Aroma: funky, very sourish, roasted, malty, coffee notes, bit weird. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good sourish start, some seaweed, tobacco, nice roast, dark sour cherries, lovely stuff! Aftertaste: dry, tobacco, spicy, tannins, black cherries.

Håndverkølfestivalen 2019. black color with a tan head. Flavor is complex : dried fruit, port wine, sourness, coffee, licorice, oak, wood , oxidation, alcohol, fruit, red berries. Interesting beer.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9%, IBU 30. Very dark brown (nearly black) colour, moderate tan head. Aroma of red wine, oak, farmhouse, sour cherries. Medium sour flavour, red wine, brettanomyces, oak and sour cherries again. Moderate hops.

Endelig RBHD-samling igjen, og denne gangen ombord på Fridtjofen. 0,75 flaske: mørkebrun med højt skum der varer. Saftig, bæraktig aroma og smak med sure røde bær, kirsebær, tørkede frukter, røde epler og hint av nybrent lys kaffe. Saftig ettersmak med fruktig bitterhet. Elegant og lettdrikkelig så det holder. Kveldens beste.

Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 28.06.19. Dark brown. Brown head. Excellent aroma and taste of dark malt, red currants, sour cherries and a hint of semi-sour-ish bark. Good!
