KØLF 070220.Black color with a beige head. Aroma is spices, roasted malt. Flavor is spices, roasted malt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, chocolate, licorice. OK beer.

Fles gedeelt met Roelzie1986. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een dun bruin schuim. Het heeft een kruidige wat gistachtige geur. De smaak is vol, zoet, kruidig en peperkoek achtig.

330ml bottle at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Bottle & Can Bar. Kindly shared by Finn. Shiny black naked surface, jet black body, scattered lacing. Chocolate nose, vague hints of ginger. Malt-driven flavours of liquorice and chocolate, lightly spiced. Nicely roasted malty ending. Well bodied. Good drinking. (Third day of the festival, 24.01.2020).

33cl bottle. A almost black beer with a beige head. Aroma of ginger, tons of cinnamon, herbal spices, dark malt. Taste of dark roasted malt, sweet brown malt, nuts cinnamon, ginger, sweet slightly sticky finish.

På Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Delt med Rune. Svart. Lavt mokkafarget skumring. Krydret lakrisaroma. Smaken sjokolade & lakris. Neddempet kryddersmak.

On tap at Brewdog Bristol. Black with brownish head. Roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, spices, sweet and bit sticky. Soft texture. Medium bodied.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear black with a warm, reddish hue and a small, fizzy and dissipating beige head. Nose is heavy with clove, cardamom and other Xmas spices. Rich, sweet licorice body which combined with the spices makes this kinda candy or cookie-like. A bit much for my personal liking. 080120

Tap@Brewdog Collabfest, Tower Hill, London (18/10/2019) - black with tan head. Toasted sweet malty with notes of winter spices, some caramel, toffee, medium body, lingering spiced malty finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, spices (cloves and cinnamon) in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, cloves and cinnamon, some Christmas spices and light alcohol in the finish. Too strong on cloves side.
