(Can) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with apricots, white bread, red apples, dried ginger, clove, elderflower and herbs. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of apricots, citrus, lemon, apples, bread, ginger, coriander seed, hay and herbs. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Soft and balanced, with an interesting herbal/spicy touch. Nice one.

(Can, 0.33 l - batch 1013 - BB 10.11.2020, from Pien, 20200712) The beer poured golden and quite cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and floralness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. A pretty good spicy brew with slightly too watery palate.
