Tall 330ml can from Chez Sophie; BB 1st Oct 2020. Poured into a Leffe chalice at home on 15th May 2020, during the virus Lock In. Slight haze to the pale golden body, wispy white covering for a head. The nose is yeasty, lemony and spicy. Taste also along the same lines, semi-sweet lemons though, not tart or sour. Interesting beer from start to finish.

330ml Can - Pale golden with a foamy head. Spicy and fruity aroma with yeast, grass and hay. Lemon, tea leaves, spice and hints of banana can be detected in the taste. Quite restrained by Stigbergets' standards and rather authentic.

330ml thin can @ Chez Sophie. Hazed yellow appearance, large white head. Lovely sweet saison yeast aroma. Pillowy smooth textures complimenting a sweet floral saison yeast character, with some distant banana hints, no spice, low bitterness. Very good for this style of saison

Burk från SB. Disig ljusgul vätska med högt vitt skum. Vitt bröd, jord och örter. Lite väl tilltagen gräsig och örtig beska, lite klorofyll. Ganska torr och stram. Ok+
