Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle, 2014, corked and capped poured into tulip. Clear dark red with small off-white head. Aroma is tart blueberry, medium/light body, medium/light carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is tart, some oak, and hints of blueberries. Hoped for more blueberry.

2016-04-11, draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 7-4-7-3-14=35
Hazy red color. Nice berry aroma. Lean mouthfeel, sour, lemony, with sour berries, nice astringency.
Nice but not much depth.
2015-01-01, draught at Beer Mongers, Portland, as Cascade Blueberry Oak Aged NW Sour, 8-4-7-4-16=39
Cloudy dark red color with pinkish head. Very nice aroma, it’s mild, fruity, sour, a bit yeasty, with some nut kernels that add a layer of complexity, hazelnuts. Smooth and super dry; the fruit is prominent, the acidity level is just right, with lemon qualities, it also has some tannins and mild final astringency. Very pleasant to drink, like a milder Lambic.
Excellent.

Poured from a bottle at a beer tasting in DC at gene’s it is a reddish raspberry color with no head and the aroma has a smell of blueberries
And the taste is a sour flavor with a hint of blueberries I am not a big fan of sour beers but this was quite alright since it did have the taste of blueberries as advertised

750 ml bottle. 2014 project. Pours a dark red/amber with moderate pinkish head. Aromas of earthy berries, wet wood, and wheat. Flavors of berry jam, chalk, wood, and cereal. Tart, especially on the finish, but not overly so. Very nice.
