Masterpiece was the name of one of the former dray horses at the museum. This beer was brewed with great success at the Museum brewery. Aromatic hops, toasted cereal notes and hints of smoke and spice enhanced by fragrant fruity character and a top note of fresh bread. A full luxurious mouth-feel combines with a subtle peppery character to create an exquisite finish.

Cask at Shakespeare's ACH, Sheffield - Clear auburn body, lacing white head. Intriguing fruity beer, sharp tangy orange peel, good old Dundee Marmalade on toast, then nice perky hoppy finish.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 24th September 2025. Hazy amber with shallow, yellowy white foam affording plenty of lacing. Malty aroma. Rich and nutty maltiness in-mouth, which goes on to dominate the early finish. A lasting bitterness develops late. Smooth mouthfeel and a medium body.
