500ml can from the LCBO. Aroma of sweet malt, and light caramel, with some english hops. Flavour is a tad bit wattery, but the hops and malt are present. As it warms it develops a rather nice caramel quality. Very drinkable, and quite nice. But like i said, it’s wattery, but i would really enjoy it as a session ale.

Bottle from Waitrose, Solihull. Pours a clear amber with small off-white head, some lacing. Aroma of sweet toasty malts, caramel, light resinous hop, metal. Taste has a nice bittersweet balance with caramel, bread, nuts, spice. Light bodied along with the pasteurisation may mean it lacks a bit of character and depth once you get past the initial flavour. Still its quite a tasty bitter.
