A big old IPA brewed with oats and wheat and an abundance of hops as well as double dry hopped. The high ester producing yeast adds an intriguing pineapple and mango quality to an over the top hop expression from Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. This IPA was originally brewed for Beachwood BBQ Seal Beach's 10th anniversary.

Very hazy beer. This is probably as full of haze as anything CellarMaker has done. Thick soapy white head leaving some lacing. Fresh squeezed orange juice big and full in the aroma. The orange juice is backed up with nice complexity. Kiwi, melon, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, grape. Very mild cracker malt note. Ultra drinkable. Soft feel. Mild bitterness, picks up just a touch in the finish. All of that sweet hop fruitiness comes through. Just wonderfully soft, though. I could solo a growler no problem. Absolutely wonderful beer. CellarMaker has stepped up their game even further recently.
