Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe, 14/03/16. Copper in colour with a moderate off white head that thins to spotting. Nose is dark fruit notes, airy malt, brown sugars. Taste comprises light toffee, dark fruit esters, toasted brown sugar, straw, nutty. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so affair, pretty lifeless all round.
