It took us a bit longer than anticipated because of an error in the steam-generator but after 32 hours of brewing the beer was finally finished. Lucky for us this wasn't even the biggest delay as we decided to put the beer in wooden Auchentoshan barrels. Now, 409 days later the beer is ready and it was definitely worth the wait.
