Brewed with 100% Citra hops that create aromas of mango, apricot, grapefruit & mandarin orange, along with a lasting, juicy, tropical fruit bitterness, the Baby-Faced Assassin is a deceptively quaffable India Pale Ale that shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Can. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is sprice, fruits, some herbs and sweet malts. Flavour is quite similar and has a nice bitter kick to it in the finish.

Purecraft, 5/31. Clearer orange with a nice head, lasting, that leaves drippy lacing. Citrus stops with doughy notes. Soft feel, clean, dry, and smooth.

Can, 6.1%. Mild mango aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite bitter and has a little fruit to it. A sort of astringent bitterness, clean but quite rough.

Can at home in London - sourced from Beermerchants. Pours a slightly unclear, glowing gold with a frothy, off-white head. The aroma holds dry pine and crackery malts, with nips of rindy citrus; suggestions that this beer might not be as fresh as fresh can be. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of gooey citrus, orange, some honey, pale bread, light oily pine bitterness, blades of grass. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, with pleasant ripened citrus fruits, orange and tangerine in particular, more bitter pine, some resin. A pretty solid all-around UK IPA.
