A strong cocoa stout, handcrafted, high fermentated and re-fermentated in the bottle, result from a collaboration between Kees Raat and Craft Brewery The School. The combination of dark malts and lightly-roasted cacao nibs from the Dominican Republic creates a fine beer with deep strong flavours and a full cacao aroma. The dark and rich foam balances these flavours beautifully.

Bottled 330ml. -from Bierkoning Amsterdam. Pitch black coloured, small brown head, light roast, chocolate and cocoa in the nose. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, cocoa powder and touch of wood with sweet roasty finish. Maybe a bit lack of body for 9.8% but nevertheless well done brew.
