Als saisonale Spezialität gehört ein heller Maibock einfach dazu. Kräftig, süffig mit
angenehm dezenter Hopfenbittere ist unser Maibock fein aromatisch und harmonisch abgestimmt. Bockbiere werden bei Neunspringe von je her im aufwändigem „Dekoktion-Maischverfahren“ hergestellt, wodurch der kernige, leicht karamellige Geschmack entsteht.

33cl bottle, Clear, deep golden colour with a fluffy and tanned foamy head. Sweet malty and slightly bready aroma with notes of caramel and biscuits. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly sugary cara-malty taste with a touch of biscuits; sweetish and slightly sugary malty finish with a lack of any balancing bitterness. No highlight ྼ.VIII.09).

Bottle:Deep golden with an amber sheen, small beige head; sweet caramelly nose with a mushroomy touch; sweet flavour, almost light bodied; a bisquity touch in the sweetsh and slightly alcoholic finish. Simple and monotonous..........
