angenehm dezenter Hopfenbittere ist unser Maibock fein aromatisch und harmonisch abgestimmt. Bockbiere werden bei Neunspringe von je her im aufwändigem „Dekoktion-Maischverfahren“ hergestellt, wodurch der kernige, leicht karamellige Geschmack entsteht.

Neunspringer Maibock, Steinie-Fläschchen aus der Getränkequelle, Quedlinburg. - Kupfergoldbraun, klar. - In der Nase fettes, kräftig vanillesüßes Malz, leicht karamellig mit einem Hauch von Plastikkleber, frische kräuterige Hopfung (Schweizer Kräuterzucker). - Antrunk fett hell- und karamelmalzig mit Sahnebonbon und vanilliger Zuckersüße, geschickt ausbalanciert von feinen Kräutern und einer Andeutung von Zitronenschale. Milder rezent, breit; gut kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang milde herbale Hopfenherbe. - Satt malzaromatisch und süß aber fein gehopft, durchaus überzeugend. Laut Etikett sogar offen vergoren - auch das verdient einen Pluspunkt. (17.7.2021.)

33cl bottle from Koelschtrinker, Euro Swap 3, thanks! Poured clear golden color with a thin white head. Malty, with dome mild spiciness. Some fruitiness. Bready malts. Medium bodied.

0,33cl bottle. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Spicy-malty aroma. Starts intense malty-spicy, light sourish-metallical. Light alcoholic. Spicy finish. Not bad.

Bottle from kappldav. Many thanks! Clear amber colour, white foam. Rather sweet and malty, some banana, also a bit fruity. Light bitter finish.

0,33 l Steinie bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Clear pale amber with a two finger pale beige head in the glass. Low grainy smell with some malt. Taste starts smooth grainy with malt. Some fuityness in the background. Getting more dry with low sweetness in the second part. Low bitterness and less alcoholic than expected. Easy dinking stuff. Not bad for a Heller Bock.

Dunkelgoldene Farbe, malzige Farbe. Der Antrunk ist vollmunig-weich und angenehm malzig. Zum Hauptteil merkt man leicht-alkoholische Töne, die aber nicht stören. Angenehn vanillig-malzige Aromen. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang anhaltend, malzig-bockbiertypisch und leicht angenehm malzig-süßlich-herb.

Heller Malzantrunk mit angenehm grasigen Hopfenton. Süßlich, angenehme Hefe, süffig würzig. Dann wird das helle Malz intensiver, das Bier süßer und süffiger. Nett! 8/11/12/10/9/11

33cl bottle, Clear, deep golden colour with a fluffy and tanned foamy head. Sweet malty and slightly bready aroma with notes of caramel and biscuits. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly sugary cara-malty taste with a touch of biscuits; sweetish and slightly sugary malty finish with a lack of any balancing bitterness. No highlight ྼ.VIII.09).
